Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all makeup lessons, personal makeovers, bridal makeup, and related beauty services offered through our website. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or online form submission.
• Full payment or a booking deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.
• Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) are non-refundable.
• In case of emergencies or unavoidable situations, we may offer rescheduling options at our discretion.

4. Service Policy

• Clients are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
• All makeup and skincare products used are of professional quality and sanitized regularly.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used during the session. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
• Photographs or videos taken during the session may be used for promotional purposes with your consent.

5. Travel & On-location Services

• Additional travel fees apply for on-location makeup sessions depending on the distance.
• For destination or outstation events, travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the client.

6. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
• Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request.
• All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. Gift Vouchers & Offers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without prior notice.

8. Liability

While we take utmost care during all services, we shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party suppliers.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or consultations will be used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
